Facial Exercise for Chin and Neck

Step 1: Sit upright, keep your back and neck straight.
Step 2: Pull your chin down with your three center fingers and simultaneously, curl the lower lip over the bottom teeth.
Step 3: Hold the position for about 5 seconds, and then relax. Sit in the same position and tilt your head backwards to look up. Then move your lower lip over your upper lip as far as you can. Hold this position for 15 seconds and then relax. This exercise will give your neck and chin muscles a good stretch. Repeat these around 12 times.
